One of our go-to camping spots since the early 2000s. It’s a comfortable camping spot for beginners and seadoned campers. There’s now an option to get a container van room (Tiny House or Bunker) for 2pax adults with an en suite toilet and bath each. There’s a communal toilet and bath for all campers to use. There’s also a new cafe inside the camping grounds. Will always be a good time at Surf Kamp rain or shine

If it's possible to leave a -10/NEGATIVE 10 review for this place - that's what I would give it. They received my full payment of over 46K in May 2023 for a stay Dec 30 to Jan 2 2024 at Kaliraya Surf Kamp. However, plans changed with our family reunion being changed to around the same dates so I requested a full refund for the 46K. It took SIX emails before someone gave me any sort of logical response then they stopped responding. They told me they would "look into it" and only started responding again after I started posting about this issue on their social media platforms. Even then, they told me it would take FOUR MONTHS to get my refund even though their terms and conditions state that if cancellation occurs two months or more before the check-in date, a refund would be issued within 2-4 weeks. Then I was called by Lea from their Sales team telling me to take down my socmed posts. Eco Hotels PH has THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. They have bungled this beyond belief and frankly, their communications skills are equally non-existent. I filed a refund request with these people in mid-September. The check-in date is December 30, 2023. Is refunding just 46K going to put this company in the poor house? WOW... DO NOT STAY HERE. They are good at selling you on staying at their properties but when you have issues with bookings, if you have refund requests, if you have complaints.... THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. AVOID ALL THEIR BRANCHES AT ALL COSTS

We camped here before, it was okay. not very budget friendly. the time we camp there the entrance was Php500 per head, Php200 for car park. It was expensive for us. The actual camp area is fine, it's windy and cold, you can hear a little bit sounds from the highway but still a very relaxing place to camp and chill, it's clean and huge.

We come here to camp so we have our own set up- tents , canopy, table , chairs, grill... I have been here 3 times already and still enjoyed the natural setting this camp offers. They have toilet and shower rooms, bbq area, a cafe, rentable kayak and ATV. You can also bring your own jet ski. This place is one of my son's "go to" camping sites. Just sad that Altrove pizza did not reopen here.

The place is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space to pitch a tent and prices for overnight camping are still acceptable (PHP 399/pax on weekends, PHP 299/pax on weekdays). Renting a tent, if you do not have your own, is an additional cost: 500 PHP (2-person tent), 700 PHP (3-person tent) or 1500 PHP (8-person tent). There is a toilet building on the campsite (toilets, showers, sinks). Accommodation prices, however, are extremely high. Lake House (up to 7 pax) cost 39K during weekend and 29K during week days. Rooms in narrow metal containers cost 3800 or 6210 PHP during the week and 4800 PHP or 7920 PHP at the weekend (the more expensive ones have an air conditioner, probably a micro bathroom and a TV). In the container there is practically room for a bed and nothing else. Weird value for money therefore only 1 star. There is a café (Bahay Kafe) and a restaurant (Trattoria Altrov'e Caliraya) on the premises. On site you can rent a kayak (500 PHP, good for 2 pax), SUP board (700 PHP/pax), ATV (1500 PHP), jetski (6000 PHP). Boat tour (up to 10 pax) is 2800 PHP. Prices apply for 1 hour only.

A very serene place to relax. All of their staffs are so accommodating and friendly. Food in their new Bahay Kafe was good! Will definitely visit again.

Decided to camp here for a cooler weather since it’s so hot and humid in Metro Manila. It did not disappoint! Went on a weekday to avoid the crowd. There are designated car camping spots, but the best spot is where you have a good view of the lake which is for tent pitching without the car beside you. It was still good since there were no other campers in the area. T&B were fine though a bit of a walk from the campsite. Altrove Restaurant is within the compound so food is not a problem. The dishwashing area is just beside Altrove. There are sari-sari stores near the entrance where you can buy ice, beer, fruits, charcoal, and other basic items. I really enjoyed our stay here. Just make sure that your camp setup is windproof and rainproof since the weather can get freaky within minutes all throughout the day.
